Hello my lovelies, hope you are having a fabulous start to your Sunday! By the time you'll be reading this I'll be off on a holiday (more on that later).
Before my trip I wanted to stock up on some tops & dresses & I made a quick trip to Sarojini Nagar market today, so on popular demand here are the pics of my clothing haul.
I'm a curvy gal so finding stuff to fit me without trying it out is tricky business.So I usually stick to straight forward silhouette when I shop in SN. If you are more Kate Moss than Kim Kardashian then the choice of prints & patters available for you is much wider & you can experiment a whole lot more.So lets get started with what all I snagged on my shopexpedition!
I Got this sheer chiffon peachy nude top with black floral print .Its such a delicate feminine fit, totally love this one. Can you guess what I paid for this???

My most favorite piece from the haul is this Dark Emerald green top from Red Herring with cutouts around the neckline.It fits like a dream & looks so chic! The picture is not doing justice to the shade ,its a very rich shade of green,totally love it.I had seen this Red Herring top retailing in Debenhams 2-3 weeks back.
The shopkeeper chattily told me 'Ma'am Gurgaon malls mein yeh 1500/- ka bik raha hai'!!
I didn't want to tell him that I saw it retail for 2500 bucks or so, I snagged it for 200 buck/ $ 4 !! *does a happy dance*
I got this beautiful white satin silk top in eggshell white for 150 bucks / $3 ,there were 2 beautiful colors in the same design one in stunning coral and another in light sunshine yellow, I had my heart set on coral, but didn't find it in my size :(
Il<3 this piece it fits very well and looks very chic! :D
I picked this python print top with satin band to cinch it at the waist.Got this for 200 bucks/ $ 4,this is the first time I picked anything with animal print.Its worlds apart from my wardrobe staples.I'm still in double mind about actually wearing this one :p
This turquoise dress was an amazing steal I bought this for 250 bucks /$ 5,plan to wear this with long gold neck piece and towering stilettos! :D
I picked this dark blue cotton knit stretch lace top.Its a bit see through so I plan to teem it up with a bright turquoise cami.
This purple cotton dress with a splash of yellow is perfect for summers and I got this for 250/- approx $5.Those yellow flowers remind me of Van Gogh's yellow sunflowers
Lavender butterflies, hearth shaped buttons and lace- what more can a girl ask for in her night dress? Picked this cute little night dress for 150/- approx $3
Some more cheap thrills- I picked these three super bright shades to try out some nail art- for 20 /- bucks a piece.That Orange and coral are absolutely neon and insanely pigmented!
So that sums up my little shopping spree from SN, hope you guys enjoyed it :)
P.S.- My hubby was pleasantly surprised to see swarms of PYTs (Pretty young things) & their Boys toting their shopping bags at SN today and remarked that the crowd in SN has become surprisingly Hip!!Girls are as dressed up as they do on their trips to Select City walk!!!!
