Swatchfest! Lee shares 6 of her favorite eyeshadows

Hello Beauties,

I LOVE doing up my eyes so it was pretty easy for me to decide what I wanted to swatch for IBC'S Swatch It-Win It! contest.

Here are the eyeshadows I totally LOVE. I’ve swatched 6 eyeshadows as no eye makeup is complete without a highlighter so Ive included the eyeshadow I love highlighting my browbone with. Enjoy <3

All the eyeshadows are swatched twice and without a base.

Colorbar 04 Gorgeous Gold

A frosty lemon-ish gold shade.  It is the perfect highlighting shade I have come across.

Colorbar 04 Really Rose

A frosty baby pink eyeshadow. It is also a good dupe of Mac Swish :D

Colorbar  05 Expensive Pink

A plumish pink shade. I love using it in my crease to add some depth. Also a close dupe of Mac Cranberry :D

Sleek I divine Acid Palette

I totally love the deep pink shade with purple shimmers. Sleek didn’t name these shades so I’ll just go ahead and call it a Deep Pink.

Chambor Sea Shimmer 56-Green

An olive green shade with a golden sheen. I love creating a smokey look with this eyeshadow.

Revlon Neptune Star Diamond Lust Eyeshadow

It’s a navy blue eyeshadow with multi colored shimmer which is very gritty L. The eyeshadow is a steel grey shade when applied dry but more navy blue when applied wet. The fall out is extremely bad but the shade makes up for it.

This is a real easy-peasy contest-To participate

1.You have to click picture of hand swatches of any of your 5 of your favorite Lipsticks/ lipglosses or 5 of your favorite Blushes  or 5 of you favorite eyeshadows or 5 favorite eyeshadow base/paintpots or 5 favorite colored eye liners etc. (Only colored cosmetics swatches are eligible for the contest)
For lip products you can also send in additional lip swatch pictures.

 2.Also click a picture of all the 5 products you have swatched.

3.Mention Brand name,product name and shade name/number of product you have swatched, if its limited edition mention that too.

Dance of the Peacock-Bridal Eye Makeup contest entry by Nitya

Dance of the Peacock - is a colorful look which combines bright blue and green without looking too over the top. This look can be paired with similar colored Lehngas /Saree with either gold or silver embellishment.

   

Lipstick suggestion: since the eyes are quite heavy and dramatic, it's better to go with nude lips. But this being a wedding look, nude lips might look too washed out and won't photograph well. Hence, I'd recommend glossy shimmery light pink lips. (Maybelline colorsensational lipstick in Warm me up + Bourjois 3D effect gloss in no.63)
